Lab1886 is Daimler’s in house incubator. Which means they tackle topics as wide as trucks, HR, buses, and even a Formula 1 team. A one-size-fits all paper job ticket was simply not an option for employees that are always looking for ways to optimize their routines.
“Our employees have high demands, naturally. They’re programmers, engineers.” The solution was thus to find something flexible enough to allow individual employees to decide how to manage their own commute or getting around.
